Well lads you've done it again, managed to keep me on the road for a while longer. Changing the transmission oil seems to have done the trick. I haven't cut out once so far (even managed to crawl around the Safari Park in a low gear). Anyone else would have told me I needed a new gear box!
At the beginning of the year I had to leave my car with you all day and got a taxi home while I waited. The taxi driver could not believe I travelled from Sutton just to use your garage - " Don't they have garages in Sutton then?" Well of course they do but after finding Ferdotti by accident years ago, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
You are honest, reliable, friendly and won't do unnecessary repairs. As a woman driver it is very important not to feel ripped off or blinded with technical details.
